1-We are not in that cycle now.
2- This fall is discounting Bush party losing mid term; once the results are evident we will start rallying.
3- Market rarely acts on current news so current news has nothing to do with market. They are talking points for media.
4-Internet and news dissemination has shortened the cycles.
