I agree to an extent, the only thing is these are really sick people in some cases who don't have the physical ability to grow their own. But you give some people an inch and they take it a mile. In Vancouver among other places the dispensaries are supplying not just the MMAR and MMPR but people without health Canada approval for med mj who just have a Ritalin prescription and sometimes nothing at all.
