They are very frugal with their financings European...CEO has been adamant the entire time since inception to maintain a tiny share structure k!

With that said as the other poster already mentioned...they do have an open At The Market offering they're able to tap from time to time as needed...so it's going to be real interesting seeing if this pending ANDA approval includes a partnership/licensing agreement of any kind when IPCI announces it. If it does then logic would strongly suggest that they will receive an upfront lump sum pymt from such an agreement thereby alleviating any further ATM concerns.

But I can't stress enough the fact that the CEO is extremely frugal when it comes to tapping into any of IPCI's treasury stock...hence the tiny 24M shares outstanding during all these foundation building years to date glty
