Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. owns the fast casual barbecue concept Carve Barbecue and is the development partner and franchisee of Southern Hospitality Restaurant & Bar. Currently, SCRG (OTCQB: RIBS) owns and operates one location of Carve Barbecue in Denver, Colorado in additional to three locations of Southern Hospitality throughout the Colorado market with locations in downtown Denver, Lone Tree and Colorado Springs.

SCRG management plans to continue to fine tune each concept over the course of the next 18-24 months and will explore the opportunity to franchise and/or sub-franchise each of their concepts into new markets around the country.
