You expect to know everything about a person's entire career by looking at a linked in page? I work for a major corporation and 99% of the job titles are completely misleading as to what the person actually does. Just because it says Real estate agent doesn't mean that its impossible to do anything else in the real estate industry. Just because he worked at Chevron doesn't mean he never invested in real estate part time. I've invested in real estate and my title is IT. Bottom line, you can't know everything about a person's career from linkedin, facebook, etc....
