Imo its going to be a slower process than any CGC long hopes for but having said that there is a common theme in this meeting:

1) Prohibtion is not working
2) You need to have regulation for youth and to stop criminals from profiting
3) you cant regulate what is not legal

Hence i truly believe they want to legalize as soon as is possibly feasible

The other key thing Blair brought up, some people have inferred in terms of driving developing a breathalizer for pot will delay legalization, he made it clear that whether legal or not, this is a very key issue for law enforcement. This infers it will not hold up legalization. All imho
