Rocky, I recommend that you talk to your brokerage firm who needs to set you up to be able to trade options. Many offer short courses so that you minimize outcomes that you did not want. Options can be complicated so I would recommend using simple calls or puts at first. My belief is that Ariad has bottomed or near a bottom and therefore has a lot of room to increase. Obviously, timing is a key unknown. IMHO
