So HEGI signals shares to be used as currency (dilution)?
Market cap is still much too high.
and note the comment about retirement of liabilities.....this means dilution.
The comment about "powerful currency" means shares (dilutive) for cash.
Once investors see the dilution resuming and increasing, the PPS will continue to drop. As the PPS drops, even more dilutive discounted shares will be needed to get that same $1 in toxic financing.
