Dude..this is going straight to a federal prosecutor ...this is a web of lies and deceit and a major stock fraud by these people..this isn't oops I may have overstated a few things...this obviously is and was a series of planned events used to steal money....I'm sure they will come in the back door and recommend changes and penalties over and above what the Feds hand out....
