"PEA2 results are solid, figures will not change in FS (only improve better), foresee construction start in 2016. All figures endorsed by reputable third party mining specialists. Local, state and federal permitting no major issues. Waiting for permission Army Engineering Corps. Process started 17 months ago, hope to have Army Corps approval shortly. To finalize BFS and to cater for operating costs pre and during financing need for 5 - to 10 million additional funding. BFS 2 Quarter/3 Quarter 2016 depending on financing. Mine life CBBM 200 years+ ( 15% sold for B$3,5) , Anglo-American Brazil 20 years ( 1 Billion purchase price), Niobec 8 years. PEA2 Elk Creek 32 years mine life , but three directions ( N/E , S/E and depth) not yet explored. Cost of production to be determined, but Niobium cost are basically zero if credited with results scandium and titanium. Water issues resolved, no freezing around vertical shaft but with conventional pumping.Time investment now in BFS will pay back later. Elk Creek mine virtulally waiting to be exploited.'
