If these companies (FITX) can prove he is no longer involved and has nothing to do with each entity what-so-ever and no stock than YES what i posted is 100% correct.

You don't understand. The passage of time does not turn fraud into non-fraud. Nearly always, when the SEC (or the DOJ) takes action against a company, it's for something that happened several years in the past.
