I'm only going by what their transfer agent says it is. They are the authority on the share structure.

What he might be referring to is RSII has some shares in treasury which are outstanding but not actually "floating" in the open market at this time...but I would rather just stay with the worst case scenario and that's the float is 325m or so. Super small for what we have going on here.
