Assuming his meeting with J.K. was legit at 12 noon EST.

A partial time line on todays sales between 12:06 and 12:34 over 6.2 million of the 9.8 mil were sold at the bid. If that was Popeye bailing out, its safe to say J.K. didn't show up for the meeting at noon.

Now if he didn't show up for the meeting, I like to think Popeye would have said hey guys guess what?( after he sold his position) and we all would have seen a lot more volume than just 9.8 million today. If some one doesn't show up for a meeting I really don't think the constitutes insider trading. As no information was ever passed

On the other hand, why would you sell your position and then go to the meeting. I think his silence is deafening at this point. I think our Boy Popeye is an Insider now, weather he wanted to be or not.

Time will tell.
