Hey Earnest, no more short answers from you. Just do some research and tell me why MRES which does not file any SEC quarterly reports has never received any SEC warnings and it's still operating. I had a stock (FCPG) which was delisted by the SEC just because they were delaying issuing revised 10Qs and 10K. How come there is no record of any SEC warning to MRES on record.

Please provide some informative answer or ask one of your old buddies who was well versed in these matters to tell us why this company is simply continuing to exist unmolested by the SEC!
