here is what you are leaving out and it takes more than money. no mm will sponsor a 211 filing to finra when there is an active investigation being conducted by the sec. after their initial investigation the sec decided that there was enough evidence of fraud to suspend. the investigation will now continue to determine if civil charges are filed, or worse, if there is enough evidence to forward to the justice department for criminal charges. unless this scam can produce a no action letter from the sec it will remain grey for the foreseeable future.
