Meadows will eventually settle...

And, the shares he receives in the settlement are free trading shares he can dump immediately.

While it's been fun talking about traps and snares and other nonsense, the reality is quite simple.

This whole thing is designed to turn Meadows' restricted shares into free trading shares. It's the newest version of the scam, lawyers have become a little bit worried about writing opinions.
