Lets keep things in perspective here people....

First of all we are dealing with a small business here. If Angstrom is truly out of the picture we have basically wiped the chalk board clean. What does the new executive have? 20+ Billion shares outstanding that are basically worthless and a business model that was built purely on speculation. We are talking a market cap of $2mil which isn't alot of money. To issue more shares makes no sense...even if they doubled the outstanding shares with the current business model they will struggle to find investors and the price will only go down. Even if they raised $1 million selling new shares that is not enough to run a business.

If the new president is smart he will issue a reverse split and start a buy back program that is beneficial to both the investor and the company.

All the "nay-sayers" in here that scowl at a reverse split need to take a step back and look at the situation. I would rather have half of something than all of nothing.
