CEO said by end of January, then "extended" the closing of the deal to "early February"... and nothing but dilution...

So, now it's the "end of February"? Stringing along of financial deals don't happen like that in the real business world... there are real dates and deadlines in contracts. Real PR's with updates show the company cares about shareholders. IMO
