"Can you name one pink sheet company where shareholders brought a successful civil suit against management?"

No I can't.

I can tell you of a private company with over 330 shareholders where I organized the shareholders, overthrew the President (he was a lawyer and a securities expert), successfully sued for misappropriation of money and recovered a large chunk of what he stole.

I also know of many public companies listed on the Exchanges where this has happened but a pink sheet company? Don't know of one.

I think the reason is that the crooks running the company are professional at what they do and the shareholders are just ordinary people investing. They don't know what legal levers are, don't know work and when to pull them. This knowledge is NOT gained in formal schooling, its gained through experience street fighting corporate crooks. How would they know this? They don't, and nobody should expect them to know it. They also don't know of the dirty tricks that will be pulled against them along the road which may include events all the way up to physical harm. This causes many to give up before they succeed.
