Today, Sphere 3D introduced the next generation of V3 virtual application and desktop solutions, which will be compatible with the VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

To refresh your memory, as was announced by VMWare earlier this month on February 9th, Sphere 3D was chosen by VMware as a strategic partner for their new Horizon Air Hybrid-Mode solution.


The Sphere 3D V3 solutions create a comprehensive new range of appliances designed to optimize customers’ time to value when compared against traditional desktop or DIY VDI projects.


The integration of Sphere 3D’s technology into VMware’s Hybrid cloud solution is a significant step the company has taken toward executing on their strategy to drive the expansion of their comprehensive product portfolio across a growing breadth of corporate partners.
