Just curious, I hear this from time to time and wonder what makes people make these statements, soooo...

How do you know marilu is putting in long days, nights, and weekends? What progress has made you believe that? Is this something she told you? Are you assuming? Did you see her timecard?

I'm not being rude or starting anything, but trying to see your perspective because in my opinion, she is not working long days, nights, or weekends...to me, it appears she's barely working at all.
