Yes they do happen. In fact, if someone was to bring this up to a law firm and show that since December 1, that NERG has devalued this stock, Most law firms would take that Class action free of Charge to the people that lost money from the stock being devalued. The only way that would work is if it can be proven that NERG has done any of that on purpose. If they provide any evidence to the contrary, it would be hard to get the money because it is not illegal to fail.

If someone wants to do that however, I would join with you, I have lost a lot of money with this company as well
