Identify the toxic diluters, the people involved in the promotion of these scams, and the CEO's who continually engage in rinse and repeats. We want to create a sort of Blacklist of companies and CEO's so that ALL investors can know these characters. Once we eliminate the scum, we will level the playing field so to speak.

We shall embark upon this journey in March. NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER BEEN DONE. The plan is ambitious and bold, but we feel confident in its' execution.
