The reason is that OTC is dying. And then there are a few who get bored. They play with oil and gold and lose money, so they have to sell some stock. And then there are those who go where the action is on a day like this, and buy NFLX for a P/E of 500. Once in a while someone dies. Those shares have to be sold as well.
