What we need here is a bit more volume w/ a tighter spread. It's much better to have trades going through no matter who's on the ask. If sellers w/ huge holdings see that people are willing to "pay up" they might raise their offers. They'll never really "drop off" the ask completely. Better to have "takers" w/ zero spread.

Holding this trend indicates to me that all prior PR's are valid and we'll get the filings soon. Otherwise we'd have more people heading out.

Once we have 73 bid this will run. Probably before news.

I'm trying to figure out where this will be on a 5X volume up day. Could it get to .015 or .03 on a 50 mil share day? Once we break that 72 we'll hit traders screens and they'll show up for a multi month high break. Watch for it, it'll be something to see as it happens.
