Trader already sold in the 40s and high thirties. There is no such thing as short on OTC. Prices will remain depressed so flippers and traders can buy back in. It will go higher with news of NDA acceptance but very slow. Share will spike in around June or July as approval draw closer. In the mean time, prices will be kept down to shake out anyone weak hands as accumulation will continue. Great time to buy!
