Share structure is one thing however

By the time this is settled out, GERS will be at trip 1, wash.

Therefore there has to be much more to this. Such as keeping GERS as a subsidiary.

I just keep in mind, they are not doing this for 'us' as in the shareholders, or intrigued parties.
