If our exes are awarded with company stock, just WHAT extra incentive would they have to invest by buying stock on the open market? Seems to me there is none. However since their total wealth is measured by how the stock is doing on the open market it would seem to me that they have plenty of incentive to make SLTD profitable, thereby increasing the worth of their awarded stock. If you already have lots of shares why would you buy more on the open market? Just to put a Linus blanket on investors? Don't think so!
