The Oil and Gas Pipeline

I've held POIG for over 12 months now and am completely baffled as to why it's been dead money over this time frame. Could anyone enlighten me as to why a stock with so much potential can be such a dog? (or am I the only one who thinks it has potential)

I understand the $50 million loan has started to be lent out in 3 tranches so far but surely the the PPS doesn't deserve to be diluted so much, after all revenues should increase substantially this year with all the new wells coming online.
