Even the good news was bad news. A/S will be so high as stated in the filings for investment purposes. That's great when they buy something with them like another company, advertising, pay debt, etc. Only then they aren't restricted anymore. Then they're dumped.
Also the filing said that investment was meant for these billions of shares. I haven't seen the filings that actually restricted them. They haven't even completed making them let alone restricting them. Oh, and if the filings do come the only positive side when it does is the share structure is well over 10 billion. Wow...something to look forward to.
