Shorts want to believe that this is the old TALK and that the merger is not going through but they are wrong!! Per filings

Merger agreement is signed,

17 million in revenues for 2014 per audited fins,

David Lee is our new President.

Last of the filings on its way

Expect a huge PR on the merger and plans for the company going forward anytime now!
