The problem is toxic lenders come off another restriction today and are allowed to sell 500k shares per day again. So the news doesn't really matter at this point. The toxic guys will continue to convert, no matter what news comes out.



Why? If they can't take out the toxic lenders, NO news will help to raise the pps.
