If one can't publish their work through the usual route, in one of the standard peer reviewed journals in their field, I suppose one might find the publication of one chapter in a 55-chapter book to be newsworthy.

In this case, it's in CRC's two volume Handbook of Clinical Nanomedicine, that will cost $849.95 to buy.
