Just an Update!
If you look closely you will see that the website has no new information. This is the same website that was up for UBRG in 2012-2013. It list Ken Harris and Rickey Hart as part of the management teem. They were terminated from UBRG/NDR Energy Group in September 2015 by Vince Guest who later resigned from UBRG as president in December 2015, Solomon Ali, took over as the president of NDREG. With the absence of Guest, both companies are now controlled and run by Ali. The assuming of leadership by Ali has destroyed the goodwill that NDREG had built over fifteen years in just three months. In fact since Ali has taken over as president (in September 2015) of NDREG, the company has been unable to do any business at all. Ali, Nicole Singletary and Debra Lynch(part of the Ali gang) have contacted many of NDREG's clients and suppliers, and all have refused to do any business with NDREG under it's present leadership, the financial condition of the company and the questionable way the companies are being operated and the company business practices that UBRG/NDREG has & is engaged in. Ali's way to 'win friends and influences people' is by going to clients and suppliers threatening to sue them if they don't do business with NDREG. The address for NDREG at 525 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202, no longer exist.
Also be aware that UniversalBioenergy is operating by the name of Palomine Mining, at 4822 Albermaral Rd, Suite 209, Charlotte, NC, 28205 the original name before it was changed to UniversalBioenergy. I believe this was done to mislead and misdirect it's shareholders and entities, and agencies who are trying to keep track of them and what they are trying to scam people now.
This has become a sorry state of affairs!
