My take:
Pretty sketchy area. Blum looks like the nicest building on the street though. It looked almost complete from the outside. The inside looked as if flooring needed to be finished - as did the wall decor. I heard hammers from outside, so I can only assume that the flooring was being put in. IMO, this will be opening very shortly. Bad reflection on the last photo, but you can see there is another branded logo on entrance, and a "Patients only" sign inside thats already been hung.
