Wolfgang Heinl has been the director of Shala Energy PLC and 3power Energy PLC. Wolfgang Heinl, was educated as an Economist and obtained his doctorate in human sciences. He spent 10 years in Southern Africa in various management positions, before returning to Germany where he was appointed Federal Sales Director of one of the largest European voluntary retail groups and then promoted as Managing Director for the group’s business in the UK and Ireland. After revolutionising the private label market in Ireland and successfully challenging restrictive trade practices in the UK and Ireland, Wolfgang then concentrated his activities as an independent commercial counsel, management consultant, and human rights advisor, working on complex assignments in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Spain, East Africa and West Africa.
