Anyone who reads the OTC disclosure will run not walk away from this toxic financing nightmare. Sales are declining, debt is growing. I think that there could be an additional 10-15 billion shares here when it is all said and done! Read the filings - .0005 is the conversion price for all this debt for the next year or so. OUCH!

Here is the math: Each 1mm in debt can be converted to 2 billion shares (over time, not immediately). Long drawn out misery ahead...
