I have speculations on RXSF 13d's, but would really like to see 10-k to verify with #'s. I don't buy for a minute, it was just for market cap as portrayed . Also Does help the NUMBERS for the form 144 requirements down the road as they nearly 10 fold +/- RXSF existing OS from 1.5 to 11.5M.
