RXSF CEO cuts a deal with Kodiak, after DD on Kodiak shows Major issues dating back to 2014, and RXSF Insiders award themselves 10 Million shares on an existing 1.5M+ Authorized shares with RXSF 600+ bucks in revenues last six months
Raises form 144 number' which will be higher on 1% of 11+ million shares.
Why again did RXSF CEO take Bonus?
No one commenting on CEO's deal with Kodiak. Wonder why???
