IMO, much of the large number of KALO shares traded the past couple of days are likely some of the approx. 2.9 bil conversions being sold but I'm not 100% certain of that. This Nov 20, 2015 Schedule 14C filing from the company gives the projection in a nutshell of the possible share structure going forward.
