Based on no evidence what so ever. Terry hasn't given share holders a reason to think that. Any time you have a CEO that can successfully run a company where the pps goes from 3 cents to 1.04, the last think a reasonably prudent person will do is call it a scam unless there's a motive. Provide some up to date evidence first before you call the CEO a scammer. Nothing is wrong with stating your opinion but you have nothing to back it to share on the board...your reaching for the wind my friend.
