if shareholders ...a majority voted to sue they can take all his $$ all should get together and do it,he ruined many reholders and they should set a precedence,somebody should look into it,i knew this was a scam and didn't investhe reason im here these days is to help others from being taken,i despise thieves and th horses that had them and make it a lifes mission to expose them and let the innocent ones decide what they want to do
