Regarding the majority voting right "with respect to any proposal relating to increasing the authorized share capital of the Company, and (b) effecting any reverse stock split of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of capital stock", (a) seems more likely to me, that they just want to issue more shares to raise funds, but are running low on authorized share capital. I would love for there to be some deal in the works, but I'm skeptical, based on these crazy PR's being all over the place but not reporting progress on any developments from CABN. I'll hold onto my shares just in case :)
