Fact: Delaware SOS no longer has OOAG as an "active" and
legally registered corporation. Past due franchise
fees not paid.
Fact: OMDA cannot be Rev/Merged as the Delaware corp
is not the original corporation approved by SEC to
operate as a public co.
Fact: OMDA is a shell and precluded from certain acts under
SEC regs.
Fact: Barnett cannot sue Miami reporter after April 25 this
year as slander statue of limitations will prohibit lawsuit.
What Wall Street Investor would want to use OOAG as a shell
with ALL of its problems when there are a dozen or more
clean public co's out there with no hassle to R/M?

Now you know why this company is DOA! IMHO!
