does not say how many shares were / are to be issued ...

in essence, they increased the a/s ... but we have no idea if the o/s was increased

furthermore, if and when these shares get issued, we have no idea how long before the shares can be traded (sold) ....

so basically, we don't know how many shares were issued (could be zero), and when they can hit the market (could be 6 months ... a year)
