I hope what you're sensing is the reason. Makes complete sense, labeling is a major component of the process. Maybe the new direction the FDA wants to take in this matter figures in the upcoming approval. Maybe this ends up being a head wind moving forward.
My trust in how the FDA comes to their decisions is very little. Funny how they push anything through for the big boys and fine tooth comb the micros. Class action suits of drugs pushed through for big pharma by the FDA are a dime a dozen. Maybe if the process was as stringent for them less drugs would be causing side effects never discovered in the studies approved.
