I have been doing something me digging and there have been many news releases of joint ventures or people coming on board or this company associating with other companies, but then that the last that's heard of the individuals or organizations. There seems to be a common theme I hear. The companies or people come in and are ready to proceed with whatever they are bringing to the table and the company is not living up to there side of the bargain. Not sure if it's due to inaction, promising the world and getting nothing, that I don't get. It seems the key players involved or mentioned in PR are no longer involved or were only involved for such a short period of time. The lack of sec filing and delinquency does not speak well for company. This does not mean the company couldn't regroup and become current and get there $hit together. That is common in penny land.
