To that customer, their custom contract was priced accordingly knowing I would offer a discount of 10% to them to persuade them to the use the app. It's called the price of doing business. I chose to offer them a discount rather than pay/lose more money to receive my money with PayPal. It could be a 20% discount but as long as I priced it the way I wanted I would only pay .25c. Even client is custom, info not sell merchandise, I offer services and the pricing is subject to many variables with room to charge premiums and offer deep discounts.
