Thanks for your insights. Keep 'em coming. Please try and avoid speaking in code. I understand there is/was a long list of people Pierce owes/owed. Maybe they all got paid or are getting paid. I just don't think Loma panicked because Ms. Autry said ISBG ain't getting no more of her money. He may have been told he would get paid from the second tranche and simply called the note due.

When you issue .00001 shares for payment......well, I assume that's what happened, then you seal the fate of the ticker.
