ergo, usually companies sell stock during massive pr campaiges, since we have not seen one here in a long while, I suspect that the company has raised it's necessary funds and is looking to move forward with getting the gold out to the market. Why else would the CEO and management be down there right now?

Lets worry with Step 1 first, Pinksheet Quotations.
